Control Measurement

For quality assurance during our production process, we have a well-equipped measurement facility stocked with coordinate measuring machines and a combined measurement arm/3D scanner.

In our heated measurement room, we have the capacity to verify extremely small tolerances down to a precision of 2-3µm.

We can measure and verify most types of products, and offer both manual measurement and CMM measurement, hardness testing and roughness measurement.

We measure and rate the result against 3D files, point for point or using laser scanning. Our measuring devices for verification measurement are calibrated regularly in accordance with our ISO requirements.

The measurement reports present data both graphically and textually for an at-a-glance view of any disparities from nominal values and tolerances.

We frequently perform and undertake external measurement assignments on a subcontract basis, and thanks to our portable measurement arm also have the capability to perform on-site measurements at customer premises.
